Our moringa products are sourced from smallholder farms in Uganda, a country where moringa tree cultivation is widespread and where the tree is grown for its nutritional and economic benefits. Uganda is one of the largest producers of moringa in the world, and the tree is an important part of the country's agricultural sector.
The smallholder farmers we work alongside often intercrop moringa with other crops such as maize and beans. The tree is easy to cultivate and can be grown in a range of soil types, making it an ideal crop for farmers in Uganda.
